Courtney started in Real Estate at age 19; With her gregarious, personable nature and unwavering work ethic, she came to work in and manage one of Wellington’s highest-performing Real Estate Teams.

Thriving off fast paced environments, Courtney is service focused and prides herself on delivering results on time.

After 5 years in the Real Estate sector, she pivoted in 2022 to join her Mum, Tia, as Co-Owner and Operator at Urban Property Manager.

Having described Property Management as "professional problem solving”; She credits her time as a PM for her ability to take things in her stride and has a logical, practical approach to getting things done.

When she’s not in the office, you can often catch her at the gym, having a coffee with friends or at the beach - As every Wellingtonian knows; You can’t beat Wellington on a good day!

But as much as she loves to work on her tan, she’d prefer to spend a sunny day running an Open Home and showing buyers through your Property.
