Kyla has been part of the Lowe & Co story from the start, one of the original five who opened the doors in September 2015, and a decade later, still one of its most essential people. Lowe & Co is Kyla’s 5th real estate chapter, built across 20 years and two countries. She came to Lowe & Co not just to do a job, but to help build and create something special, and that’s exactly what she’s done. As Chief of Staff, she works across all facets of the business alongside Managing Director Craig Lowe, holding together the threads that keep a growing business sharp and accountable. She’s also a fully licensed Licensee, company Director, Director of Lowe & Co Property Management and Trustee of the Lowe & Co Foundation. What drives Kyla is people. She believes the agent is the client, and that when agents feel genuinely supported, developed, and valued, everything else follows through to their clients. Watching someone grow into their potential is, for her, one of the best parts of the job. That belief in people extends far beyond the office. Kyla is deeply committed to the work Lowe & Co does in the community, through the Lowe & Co Foundation, Open Wellington, and the longstanding partnership with the Wellington City Mission. She’s one of the founding members of Women in Real Estate Wellington, a Board Member of The Network with Michael Sheargold, and quietly determined to see Lowe & Co become what she knows it can be: an iconic Wellington brand, proud of its roots, and one that helps its wider agency family and Wellington community thrive too.
