We found the home we bought literally a night before. At 9 in the night i requested build reports etc, Chris promptly responded me given tender submission was within few hours. First thing in the morning we were arranged a home inspection/visit. And within couple of hours we submitted bid and got the house. Everything, literally within hours. The friendly vibes we had from Chris made us feel he really want us to help and not just sell the house. I think while sale purchases happen every day, a friendly agent just make the journey more enjoyable.
