Having worked in the BPO sector for 11 years, Jonn Vincent has a solid background in analytics, training, and quality management. After embarking on as a Subject Matter Expert, Jonn advanced to the positions of Quality Analyst and Trainer, which honed his attention to detail and kindled his desire to mentor others. Even though Jonn is new to the real estate industry, he comes to Lowe and Co. with a strong desire to grow, learn, and adapt.
